I haven’t received my package, what happened?
You have 14 days from the day your package was delivered. Items must be in NEW NEVER WORN CONDITION. Return shipping is not refunded. Please contact customer service at Sea-Rious.com before returning item so we can take note of the issue and reason for return.

Are there any Sea-Rious.com stores I can visit?
No stores per se, but you can find us at the Pike Place Market and outside of Mariners home games in the great city of Seattle.
What forms of currency do you take and what types of payment?
Right now we are only accepting orders from the United States of America and only U.S. Dollars. Going international is obviously a process we are working on.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments since we do all our online payment processing through PayPal.
Why does Sea-Rious.com use PayPal for the order payment processing?
Sea-Rious.com believes that currently accepting and utilizing PayPal for order placement and processing provides the greatest security and payment flexibility to our customers that our resources currently can provide. Also the fact that no personal data at all is kept record of through the site also helps us provide that security to our customers. PayPal is pretty much the safest way to pay online.
Why do you not keep any accounts or records through Sea-Rious.com?
For security reasons. It may be a pain for our returning customer to have to enter their information time and time again when they order, but we believe that small hassle greatly outweighs the potential risk of having your information stored where in this day and age the internet is full of people whose sole purpose is to try and steal that information for unsavory deeds.
Can I order with a check or money order?
Through PayPal you can actually use their E-Check process, but be warned your order will not begin to process until the payment clears. Other than that money orders and physical checks are not accepted.
We only charge sales tax for sales that occur in Washington state since we are located in Seattle, WA.

Yes. We don't store any credit card information. Actually we don’t store any information on the site. When it’s time to checkout you will be redirected to a secure PayPal Checkout page to complete the payment process. That is the only place your information is requested. PayPal is pretty much the safest way to pay on online.

Sea-Rious.com does not keep record of any account or personal information like credit card numbers or even addresses. This is done for obvious security reasons. All processing of payment is actually held off-site through PayPal, once again for security reasons. So if you receive emails that ask for information, more than likely it is probably someone you DO NOT want to give your information to. Do you make the items you sell?
Yes, everything you see on the site, we make by hand. We have plenty more things not offered on the site if you can find us in person at the Pike Place Market in Seattle and outside of Mariners home games.
How do I wash my t-shirts and other clothing products?
MACHINE WASH COLD, INSIDE OUT WITH LIKE COLORS AND TUMBLE DRY LOW. It’s written like that for a reason.
At this point in time we are unable to ship internationally, we are working on getting that process down, so it should be possible to do so sometime in the near future.
How can I find my order status?
You should have received an email from PayPal notifying you that your package has shipped. It’s important to check the email account of the email address you entered in the checkout process. In that email from PayPal, there should be a USPS delivery confirmation/tracking number which can be used to check the tracking status of the package.
All orders should ship within 3-5 business day and shipping is always a flat rate of $7.00.
Due to the nature of our product being custom made to order, delays in shipment may occur. If this happens a representative from Sea-Rious.com will notify you of your order status.
The actual transit time of the shipment varies depending on the carrier, but should not be more than 2-5 business days. We send everything USPS PRIORITY MAIL with delivery confirmation/tracking information. That information is also sent to you in an email via PayPal once your item has been processed to ship.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you contact us right away after you placed your order there is a chance. Due to the nature of our products being custom made there are times when we start processing and custom producing the order as soon as we get them. We try to fill all orders as quickly as possible. If production has started by the time you contact us, then it will not be possible to change your order.
Can I change my delivery address after a package has been shipped?
At this time we cannot since the carrier we are currently using is the USPS, they do not have the ability to change the address after it has been shipped.
I haven’t received my package, what happened?
The first step would be to track your package. Your tracking number is emailed to you via PayPal and is a USPS delivery confirmation/tracking number. Your package could also be late for one of these reason:
1) Incomplete or incorrect address information entered into the website during your order.
2) Weather or other natural or unnatural problems that are beyond USPS’ control.
3) Your order is held up for a credit card review.
4) You paid via PayPal and there was a delay in PayPal sending us your payment information.
